Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold an item or for a bespoke order. If the customer cancels the order, the customer will lose their deposit.  

All items must be paid for in full before leaving our depot.

You can order by telephone or online and be assured that payment is secure.  Orders and purchases of goods will be formally confirmed by email (not just an automated email immediately after purchasing online).  This is done to ensure that all order details are correct and that mistakes have not been made by any party.  Shipping is charged at £80 per item of furniture for mainland UK deliveries.  Please call for prices for other regions outside of this. Other items with different postage prices will be shown separately so ensure that when you checkout, the correct postage amount is chosen to avoid a holdup with your purchase.

The suitability of the furniture must be considered by the customer before purchase, with regards to how it is going to be used and where it is going to be placed.  It’s the customer’s responsibility to  check that their property has sufficient access to allow the product to be delivered and will fit in the  room of choice. If you are unsure about this please contact us before placing your order and we can help determine this. 

You should consider uneven floors and ensure that the furniture is not a danger to users.  Snooty Pheasant will not be held responsible for such problems that may arise from the above.   

Please note that items made from natural materials such as wood and leather will quite possibly have small imperfections and variances within the material, such as knots, scars etc.  We can do nothing about this and the customer must appreciate that this is a highly likely occurrence.  

All of our upholstered furniture meets fire resistance standards.

Your item will be sent out at the earliest convenience after full payment has been received.  All items must be signed for upon receipt of delivery and Snooty Pheasant are confident that you will be satisfied with your product  but if not, please note that all returns/damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  Please see our Returns Policy.
